Construct Validity Test of Integrity and Suryomentaram-style Introspection in Creating Anti-Fraud

The high level of corruption and fraud in Indonesia is one the crucial problems that must be resolved immediately by Government Indonesia. Various efforts to eradicate creation anti-fraud will not optimal if habit applying meaning integrity actions behavior, which begins with determination an employee or public official, still mixed desire enrich oneself one’s class. identification problem this study includes 3 (two) things. First, does construct measuring instrument Suryomentaram-style introspection supports prevent fulfill unidimensionality using confirmatory factor analysis? Second, consists items fit application polytomous IRT model? Third, do contain a response bias based on gender can detected through differential item functioning (DIF)?.
